is the xbox 360 elite consoles silver disk tray cover a different metal to that of the xbox 360 premium?

I’m meaning the shiny stuff around the side of the 120gb hdd and on the disk tray. Is it different materials and is it shinier? This is to settle a debate between me and my friend. Thanks.

The silver disk tray as well as the shiny stuff around the HDD in both the consoles is the same. Its made up of plastic and is painted silver.
The shine is the same in both the consoles because apart from the body, the hdd and the motherboard, they have each and everything in common.
